Working place: 2nd Floor, Pax Sky Building, 34A Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ward Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam


  1. Manage sales team and promote activities to gain sales target
  2. Finding the projects and projects database management
  3. Active sales to achieve the company target of order
  4. Contract management. Quotation to customer
  5. A/R Collection management
  6. Overall awarded project progress management until handover
  7. Bidding document preparation
  8. Directly reporting to General Director
  9. Finding the projects and projects database management


  1. University degree in Mechanics, Electrics, Marketing, Business Administration
  2. At least 5 years’ experience of selling Elevators, 3 years above at the same position.
  3. Must have fundamental knowledge of E/L, E/S industry, sales methods and practices, trends, customers and business development.
  4. Good communication in English.
  5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  6. Require good analytical skills.
  7. Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
  8. Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
  9. Willing to learn, Good knowledge of Elevator or M&E is preferred.


  • Working time: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: based on performance
  • Incentives: based on achievements annual year.  
  • Lunch allowances: 45,000 VND/day. phone allowance: 500,000 VND/ month;
  • Annual leaves: [under 3 years : 12 days/year; From 3 ~ 5 years: 15 days/year; above 5 years: 18 days/year]
  • Medical Care 24/7 when start working;
  • Full of social insurance as Vietnamese Laws.
