1. Liên hệ với khách hàng để ký hợp đồng bảo trì,
2. Lập hợp đồng và báo giá cho hợp đồng bảo trì.
3. Khảo sát các dự án và lập báo cáo về chất lượng dịch vụ bảo trì.
4. Theo dõi yêu cầu thanh toán và theo dõi điều kiện thanh toán
5. Lập kế hoạch Kinh doanh Dịch vụ bảo trì theo Quý, Theo dõi hợp đồng bảo trì và hợp đồng bán hàng mới.
6. Lập báo cáo hàng tháng về chỉ số dịch vụ
7. Công việc khác theo chỉ dẫn của Quản lý dịch vụ

- At least 1-year experience of selling technical maintenance service such as Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet, etc.
- University degree in Mechanic, Electric, Marketing, Business Administration
- Must have a fundamental knowledge of the industry of Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet, etc.
- Good communication in English
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Require good analytical skills.
- Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
- Willing to learn, Good knowledge of Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet is preferred.
