Descriptions:
- Manage sales team and promote activities to gain sales target
- Finding the projects and projects database management
- Active sales to achieve the company target of order
- Contract management. Quotation to customer
- A/R Collection management
- Overall awarded project progress management until handover
- Bidding document preparation
- Directly reporting to General Director
- Finding the projects and projects database management
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanics, Electrics, Marketing, Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience of selling Elevators, 3 years above at the same position.
- Must have fundamental knowledge of E/L, E/S industry, sales methods and practices, trends, customers and business development.
- Good communication in English.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Require good analytical skills.
- Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
- Willing to learn, Good knowledge of Elevator or M&E is preferred.
