HCM branch: 2nd floor, Pax sky building, 34A Pham Ngoc Thach, Ward 6, Dist. 3, HCM
- Develop market, take cover of assigned target.
- Find the projects and project database management.
- Actively sale to achieve the company target of order.
- Make Contract and Quotation to customer.
- Manage A/R.
- Manage Overall awarded project progress until handover.
- Bid document preparation.
- Directly report to Sales Manager & the General Director,
- Other duties not mentioned above but as required.
- University degree in Mechanics, Electrics, Marketing, Business Administration
- At least 01-year experience of selling equipment to building: Elevator, Generator, M&E, Fire & Gas, HVAC, Fire rated door.
- Must have fundamental knowledge of E/L, E/S industry, sales methods and practices, trends, customers and business development.
- Good communication in English.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Require good analytical skills.
- Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
- Willing to learn, Good knowledge of Elevator or M&E is preferred
