Work place: Hochiminh Office (2nd FLOOR, PAX SKY 34A PHAM NGOC THACH, WARD 6, DISTRICT 3)

Job description:

• Propose tactics to generate and develop maintenance sales, part sales and contact for maintenance.
• Develop strong relationship with clients.
• Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts.
• Prepare quotations according to client inquiry for maintenance, parts, repairs, reconstruction.
• Request for purchasing materials.
• Work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment.
• Make other paperwork such as: sales weekly/monthly report, supported manager to observe project to ensure process is going well.
• Other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- At least 1-year experience of selling technical maintenance service such as Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet, etc.
- University degree in Mechanic, Electric, Marketing, Business Administration
- Must have a fundamental knowledge of the industry of Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet, etc.
- Good communication in English
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Require good analytical skills.
- Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Active, fluent in communication, quick thinking, well-organized, responsible.
- Willing to learn, Good knowledge of Elevator/ Escalator/ Electric Cabinet is preferred.
